Q – May I store my belongings somewhere if necessary?
A – Yes. We have storage facilities near all of the The University of New Mexico campuses. Whether you require storage for a few weeks or several months, rest assured that your items are safely stored in a clean and secure facility.

Q– How accurate are your estimates?
A – It is our priority to provide you with accurate pricing for your relocation. In order to accomplish this, Bell/Wheaton must receive accurate information from you. We are pleased to provide you with a NOT TO EXCEED PRICE for your move. You’ll have peace-of-mind that your pricing is guaranteed.

Q– How are my goods covered for damages?
A – As an approved mover for The University of New Mexico, Bell/Wheaton will provide up to $100,000 of valuation coverage at no cost to you. This coverage will also be in effect if you require storage at one of our warehouse facilities. Please note there is an additional fee for coverage in excess of $100,000.

Q– When will my items arrive at destination?
A – The distance between your current and new locations primarily determines the required transit time. Your relocation coordinator will establish a satisfactory delivery schedule with you when preparing your quote. And, your driver will contact you at least 24-48 hours prior to delivery to confirm exact times and details.

Q – As an alumni, family or friend of The University of New Mexico, do I receive the same relocation benefits as faculty and staff?
A – Yes. Once a part of the Lobo family, always a part of the Lobo family. Bell/Wheaton is pleased to extend alumni, family and friends the same relocation benefits that we offer current faculty and staff of the University.
